The Stairway to Heaven (June 2027)

The Mission:

This one is all about the climb! How many feet of ascent can you and your teammates accumulate over a 1 month period!

The Format:

  • Between the four members of your team, you must run as many km’s as possible within the month of June.

  • You can each submit as many runs as you like towards your teams total. The only stipulation is that the run must have taken place during the event month.

At the end of the month, the team that has achieved the largest cumulative ascent (i.e. has climbed the most during their runs) will be crowned the winners! Will this years victors be you?

There will be prizes for the top teams in the male, female and mixed categories.

Entering your Team:

When booking onto the event, you can choose one of two options:

  • Entry Only (per team) - £30.00

  • Entry & Medals (per team) - £50.00

Those teams that have selected medals - these will be sent out once the event has finished at the end of the competition month.

All event entries must be finalized two weeks prior to the 1st day of the competition (by close of play on the 18th of May 2027). Any entries received after this date will default to the next running of the competition one year later. ‍ ‍This booking is non-refundable but if you message us we would be happy to transfer you to an alternative event of your choosing.

Event Rules:

  • Your race effort must take place during June 2027

  • You must submit the run data for each of your runs using the submission form on our website before the end of the event month

  • Run data can be submitted via a link to the activity on the app of your choice (i.e. Garmin, Strava, Nike Running etc.) but your profile must be fully visible so that we can analyze and input your race data.

  • Each runner on your team can submit as many runs as they wish during the month of June 2027. These will be added to your teams total as the event progresses.

  • No distance or time rules on this one. Speed is irrelevant, it’s the climb that matters!
